Welcome to Villa Pura Vida where you can experience \u201dPure Life\u201d. This hilltop villa features 3 BR & 3BA with spectacular 180 degree views of the Banderas Bay, PV Pier & Los Muertos Beach. The villa features a large private heated infinity pool & palapa bar in the Amapas area. The villa is huge with 4,700 sq ft of single level indoor\/outdoor living & only 10 min walk or 5 min Uber\/Taxi to the beaches & Old Town. The 3 large King BR are all ensuite & 2 feature water views.\u00a0 There is also an air mattress for a 7th guest.<\/span><\/p>\n Staff:<\/span><\/p>\n Your stay also includes a Villa Manager, who will provide check-in\/check out services and overall support for your stay as well as these optional services as you request. Each day you can decide if you\u2019d like any of these services or elect to skip them.\u00a0 It\u2019s up to you!<\/span><\/p>\n Daily cleaning service (bedrooms, bathrooms, villa, patio, etc.)<\/span><\/p>\n Daily breakfast (guests pay for groceries)<\/span><\/p>\n Grocery shopping services<\/span><\/p>\n *Please note that the Villa Manager enjoys one day off per week which will be coordinated with the guests as well as Mexican Federal holidays.<\/span><\/p>\n In addition, we can connect you with some local businesses for the following services for example:<\/span><\/p>\n Chef services<\/span><\/p>\n VIP airport transportation<\/span><\/p>\n Massages<\/span><\/p>\n And more, just ask!<\/span><\/p>\n Location, Access & Comfort:<\/span><\/p>\n Villa Pura Vida is part of a private, small gated complex. There are 2 free-standing 5 bedroom homes in the complex as well as 3 villas which share one structure. Villa Pura Vida is the middle unit in the 3 villa structure \u2013 one per floor, and as shown has its own private entrance & parking \u2013 no shared or common spaces. <\/span><\/p>\n To get to the villa guests enter through a private gate (clickers are provided at check-in). There is a somewhat steep driveway from the gate to the top where the villa is. Property entrances like this are common for places overlooking the City and Bay of PV as that\u2019s how you get these incredible views. Ubers & taxis are readily plentiful and used to the hills.\u00a0 At the height of the rainy season (July-Sept), we can recommend drivers with 4 wheel drive vehicles to help navigate the driveway.<\/span><\/p>\n Villa Pura Vida sits above Los Muertos Beach, Almar Resort, Mantamar Beach Club and Blue Chairs and features amazing nightly sunsets and many firework shows.\u00a0 The view is breathtaking and you can see across to Punta Mita to Sayulita to Nuevo Vallarta to the Romantic Zone all the way to the beginning of Conchas Chinas.\u00a0 It\u2019s truly one of the best and most expansive views in PV.<\/span><\/p>\n The villa is fully air conditioned and features 7 split AC units with one in each bedroom and 4 others located throughout the main living area.\u00a0 There are also ceiling fans in each bedroom and additional ceiling fans throughout the villa living spaces.\u00a0 There is a wonderful cross breeze which runs through the villa as the large double front door & all of the large glass doors on the side and patio area can be opened to enjoy the breeze.<\/span><\/p>\n Unique Features:<\/span><\/p>\n *180 degree views including year round sunset views.\u00a0 Many places in PV have views, but they are dead ahead or 90 degree views so you can\u2019t see the sunset many months and don\u2019t get the unobstructed expansive view you see from Villa Pura Vida of Punta Mita all the way to Zona Romantica to Los Muertos Beach and to the beginning of Conchas Chinas.<\/span><\/p>\n *Large private heated pool with a separate sitting area to take in the views. Some places in PV only have \u201dsplash or community\u201d pools. Here you get your own exclusive private pool. Note that the pool is heated during the winter season to 86 degrees (Nov to Apr) but it\u2019s not needed in the summer.<\/span><\/p>\n *Your own palapa bar with a refrigerator and sink.\u00a0 This is a great area for breakfast, remote work, happy hour and sunset.<\/span><\/p>\n *A Villa Manager who can cook, clean and shop so you can just relax and enjoy your vacation.\u00a0 Many places in PV provide these services as well, but all at a fee and at different levels of service.\u00a0 Having one fully trained Villa Manager to trust and support you during your stay is perfect.<\/span><\/p>\n *Being in a small, private gated complex.\u00a0 This is very unique in PV as most of the developments are large hotel-like condos with lots of shared common spaces, competition for pool chairs, crowds and small balconies\/patios.<\/span><\/p>\n *A very large space \u2013 both indoors and outdoors.\u00a0 Most 3 BR places in PV have a \u201dflexible\u201d 3rd bedroom with a thin wall and smaller beds that\u2019s part of a living room.\u00a0 Villa Pura Vida offers 3 large King bedrooms, all ensuite (#3 bathroom can be used as the main bathroom or just ensuite) and 2 with views.\u00a0 Bedroom #3 faces the jungle. There is also an air mattress for a 7th guest.<\/span><\/p>\n *At 4,700 sq ft of indoor\/outdoor living space, Villa Pura Vida is definitely one of the largest of its kind in PV.\u00a0 The kitchen is quite large and open with an island and pantry with washer & dryer.\u00a0 The dining room has seating for 6 with great views and is light filled.\u00a0 There are two areas in the living room to relax.\u00a0 One by the 75\u201d Smart TV with couch, loveseat and armchair.\u00a0 The other sitting area has 3 comfy overstuffed leather arm chairs.\u00a0 Both areas have large floor to ceiling glass doors which swing in and out to give you that truly PV indoor\/outdoor feel.<\/span><\/p>\n *The patio offers several options for seating\/enjoyment.\u00a0 There is seating for 4 at the covered palapa bar, seating for another 4-5 on the outdoor furniture and 2 lounge chairs by the pool.\u00a0 There\u2019s also a huge umbrella which can shade portions of the pool, seating area or add additional privacy where needed.<\/span><\/p>\n *There\u2019s a BBQ on the patio to enjoy as well.<\/span><\/p>\n Important Notes:<\/span><\/p>\n The property is available for families, infants & children, but it should be noted that although there are secure railings around the patio and main bedroom, there are large gaps between the railings so caution is required. The pool is not gated, but only has a few steps up to enter\/exit so caution is required.
